Beautifully presented in a white tin tied with ribbon my traditional fruit cake is truly luxurious. Drambuie soaked plump raisins, currants, cranberries and cherries, rich treacle flavours and the spices of Christmas make this cake a real festive treat. Matured and spiked with sweet honey Drambuie, decorated with homemade marzipan and finished with white fondant and piped decoration. 

Each cake is approximately 6inches in diameter and weighs around 1.5kg. They make a wonderful gift and are the perfect addition to your Christmas Day celebrations
